Benetti delivers Lady Sarah, the 29th hull of its Oasis 40M
A series that keeps selling
Lady Sarah left Benetti's Livorno yard in mid-July, the latest in a line that has now reached 29 hulls since the Oasis 40M was introduced. The exterior is by RWD, the interior by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, and the yacht carries an internal volume of 385 GT across three decks.
The Oasis Deck concept remains the draw. Folding bulwark terraces open the aft section into a broad beach club at water level. Lady Sarah accommodates up to 10 guests in five suites, with room for nine crew.
Why depth matters to a buyer
A design that has sold 29 times is a design the market has already priced. Owners of earlier Oasis 40M hulls have a visible reference fleet when they come to sell, and buyers know the layout, the quality and the running costs before they commit.
That predictability is worth money. Semi-custom platforms with long production runs tend to hold value better than one-off builds, because the comparables exist and the yard keeps supporting the line.
The numbers on Lady Sarah
The yacht runs on twin MAN V12-1400 engines for a top speed near 16 knots, restrained by design for a displacement composite hull built for comfort rather than pace. Beam is 8.5m and draft 2.14m.
Now in her owner's hands, Lady Sarah adds another data point to a series that has become one of the more liquid corners of the sub-45m market.
