The line above the lines
GC-Force sits at the top of Admiral's series offering, a family of full-custom megayachts drawn by the group's in-house Centro Stile and engineered for ocean crossing. The 73 is its flagship. The Italian Sea Group laid her keel at Marina di Carrara in 2023, and the hull was resold during construction in February 2025, brokered by Edmiston for the buyer and Kitson Yachts for the seller. By spring 2025 the hull had moved into outfitting, with delivery scheduled for 2027.
The platform is conventional where it should be and ambitious where it counts. Construction is steel with an aluminium superstructure across four decks, on a 73 metre hull with a 10.6 metre beam and 3.25 metre draft, for an internal volume of about 1,450 GT. Twin Caterpillar engines give a 15 knot maximum and a range of roughly 6,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, which puts both sides of the Atlantic within reach without refuelling.
Glass where bulwarks used to be
The defining exterior move is glass. Amidships the superstructure opens into double-height glazed panels, and the side decks have been removed on the accommodation levels so that interior spaces run out to the rail with nothing between the owner and the horizon. It is a decision borrowed from residential architecture, and on a hull this size it transforms the main saloon from a room with windows into a room made of view.
The profile itself stays elegant and long-limbed, with Centro Stile keeping the lines clean enough that the glass reads as architecture and never as a gimmick. Deck spaces are unusually generous for the length. The upper deck carries a cocktail bar opening to an exterior lounge, the sundeck adds its own bar and a pool, and a formal dining room connects to the aft terrace through sliding glass walls, so inside and outside merge in fair weather.
A 73 metre with the glazing of a penthouse and the legs of an ocean crosser.
An owner's suite of 90 square metres
Accommodation follows the current thinking at the top of the market, fewer cabins and far more space in each. Six cabins host twelve guests, and the owner's suite alone measures around 90 square metres, an apartment-scale private domain that few yachts under 80 metres can offer. The interior is by FM Architettura, the Italian studio whose residential warmth has made it one of the most in-demand names in the sector.
Service is scaled to match, with quarters for a crew of around twenty. That ratio, nearly two crew per guest cabin trio, is what separates a megayacht that merely looks the part from one that runs like a great house. Galleys, pantries and circulation are laid out so that service appears when wanted and disappears when it is time for privacy, the kind of detail a buyer only appreciates after a season on board.
The beach club as destination
At the waterline the ADM 75 gives over serious volume to wellness. The beach club includes a gym, a sauna and a massage room, and it opens to the sea through two fold-down balconies, with an extendable swim platform aft. On a yacht designed for long autonomous cruising this matters, because the beach club becomes the daily landing point between the boat and the water, the place a family actually lives at anchor.
Above it, the deck plan spreads dining and lounging across every level so that a full complement of guests can find separate corners without ever crowding one another. A fold-down balcony off the interior adds a private perch over the sea. It is a layout built for owners who cruise for weeks at a time, with spaces sized for real use and weather protection thought through for more than one season of the year.
Timeline and the buyer's read
Project Primo's progress has been public at every stage, from the sale announcement through keel laying to the start of outfitting in April 2025, with the yard integrating navigation and technical systems ahead of a delivery now scheduled for 2027. The hull itself changed hands in February 2025, before she ever touched the water, with Edmiston acting for the buyer and Kitson Yachts for the seller. A new build that finds a second owner mid-construction is its own kind of endorsement, and this one traded as a private listing without a public campaign.
For the buyer, the ADM 75 represents the middle path in Admiral's custom offer. It carries genuine megayacht volume and range, an interior from a first-rank studio and a distinctive glass architecture, while staying within a series framework that de-risks engineering and price against a blank-sheet one-off. Owners who want a statement yacht on a credible schedule will understand exactly why this hull sold before the keel was laid.

| Engines | Twin Caterpillar diesels are confirmed by multiple outlets (Boat International, Megayacht News, Karbon Yachts), but only one source (YachtBuyer) names an exact model and rating: Caterpillar 3512C, 1,500kW each at 1,600rpm. That specific figure is not independently corroborated elsewhere, so treat the model/rating as reported-but-unconfirmed pending a second source. |

| Construction | Steel hull with aluminium superstructure, four decks, confirmed by Boat International, YachtBuyer and Karbon Yachts. Double-height glazed panels amidships and elimination of side decks are the yacht's signature structural feature, reported consistently across sources. |
Сильные стороны и что учесть
Сильные стороны
- Distinctive glazed midship superstructureThe double-height glass panels amidships and removal of side decks are reported consistently across Boat International, YachtBuyer and Karbon Yachts as the design's defining feature, aimed at maximising uninterrupted sea views - a genuine styling differentiator in the 70m+ class.
- FM Architettura interior pedigreeInterior design is credited to FM Architettura, an established Italian yacht-interiors studio, confirmed across every source found covering this build.
- Generous full-beam owner's suiteA 90 sqm full-beam owner's suite is reported by multiple sources, large by the standards of a 73m custom yacht.
- Broad lifestyle amenity setMultiple sources report a beach club with fold-down balconies, gym, sauna/massage room, elevator and pool - a well-rounded amenity list for the size class, though a helipad is reported by some outlets (Karbon Yachts, Megayacht News) and not others.
На что обратить внимание
- Entirely unproven - no delivery yetThe yacht has not been delivered (expected 2027) and no sea trial, performance, or ownership/crew experience data exists in any source found. Every specification here is a pre-delivery design figure and may still change before handover.
- The Italian Sea Group's 2026 financial crisis is a genuine delivery riskTISG's share capital fell below the legal minimum under Article 2447 of the Italian Civil Code; the company entered a court-supervised negotiated settlement procedure with the Court of Florence from March 2026 after cost overruns and irregularities surfaced under forensic audit; net financial debt was reported at roughly EUR 178.8 million as of end-May 2026; chairman/CEO Giovanni Costantino and CCO Gianmaria Costantino both resigned in July 2026 with the full board dissolving as a result. For a buyer financing a large custom build at this yard with 2027 delivery, this is a material, publicly reported risk factor, not speculation.
- Delivery date itself is unsettled in reportingSources disagree between a 2026 and a 2027 delivery estimate, and no source cites a fixed date confirmed directly by the yard; combined with the yard's financial restructuring, schedule risk should be treated as real rather than nominal.
- Core technical specification remains unpublishedGenerators, gearboxes, stabilisers, thrusters, watermaker capacity and fuel tankage have not been published by any source found, and the one reported engine model/rating (Caterpillar 3512C, 1,500kW) comes from a single publisher only.
- No market benchmark from priceThe resale price was not disclosed by any source found, so there is no public figure against which to judge value for a prospective buyer.
Практическая информация
| Model / naming note | This 73m FM Architettura-interior project is marketed as "Project Primo" (also "Project Il Primo"), hull 612, Admiral GC-Force 73 - an evolution of TISG's C-Force line. Should not be confused with the Admiral ADM 75M, a separate, larger (75m, diesel-electric, 14-guest/7-stateroom) Admiral project unveiled October 2024 with no reported sale or delivery date; the two are distinct yachts in TISG/Admiral's current lineup. |
|---|---|
| LOA / GT / beam / draft | LOA 73m (239'5"), confirmed by multiple sources. GT 1,450, beam 10.6m and draft 3.25m are reported by YachtBuyer only; no second source publishes these three figures, so treat as single-sourced pending confirmation. |
| Build facility and expected delivery | Built at The Italian Sea Group's Marina di Carrara yard; keel laid June 2023 (hull 612). Delivery date is unsettled: earlier coverage (SuperYacht Times, initial Boat International reporting) cited 2026, more recent reporting following the resale (Boat International's brokerage desk, Karbon Yachts, YachtBuyer, Megayacht News) cites 2027. No fixed date confirmed directly by the yard. |
| Design credits | Exterior styling and naval architecture by The Italian Sea Group's in-house Centro Stile team; interior by FM Architettura. Confirmed across Boat International, YachtBuyer, Megayacht News and Karbon Yachts. |
| Accommodation | 12 guests in 6 cabins, with a 90 sqm full-beam owner's suite, confirmed by multiple sources. Crew figures disagree: Boat International and YachtBuyer report 20 crew, while Karbon Yachts and Megayacht News report 9 crew cabins - named here as unresolved rather than averaged. |
| Engines / range / speed | Top speed 15 knots is consistent across sources. Range is reported as 6,000nm at 10 knots by Boat International, YachtBuyer's news coverage and Karbon Yachts; YachtBuyer's own specification table elsewhere lists a conflicting 5,000nm at 10 knots, so the range figure is not fully settled even within a single publisher. |
| Sale price | Not disclosed. Boat International states explicitly that the resale listing was private and the asking price unknown. No figure was found in Boat International, SuperYacht Times, Kitson Yachts or YachtBuyer coverage. |
| Sale / ownership history | Originally commissioned by an American owner represented by The A Group (Richard Hein); resold during construction in FEBRUARY 2025 (not 2023 - 2023 is when construction/keel-laying began), with Edmiston (Charles Carveles) representing the buyer and Kitson Yachts (Michael Tabor, Brandon Kummer) representing the seller. Verified across SuperYacht Times, Boat International, YachtBuyer, Megayacht News, Karbon Yachts and Resident.com. |
| What is not published | The yacht is pre-delivery and unbuilt as a complete vessel (expected 2027), so there is no sea trial data, no delivered performance figures, and no owner or crew reports of any kind. Sale price is confidential. Generators, gearboxes, stabilisers, thrusters, watermaker capacity, fuel tankage and an independently-confirmed engine rating have not been published by the builder or brokers in any source found as of September 2026. |
