Terrace is a promise, and the boat keeps it
Dutch studio Phathom drew the 112 Terrace around a single idea, that a 34 metre should live outdoors. Bulwark sections fold down into balconies, the foredeck carries a proper owner's lounge with a Jacuzzi where other builders park storage and anchor gear, and the aft decks step down toward the water in usable, furnished terraces.
The result is an unusual amount of genuinely occupied open air for the length. Guests migrate between the bow lounge, the upper aft deck and the flybridge through a full day without doubling up, and the fold-out surfaces mean the beam effectively grows at anchor. It is resort planning applied to a yacht, and it is why the model carries Terrace in its name. In social terms she entertains like a boat five metres longer, which guests register the moment they step aboard.

Six cabins inside 250 tonnes
The interior answers with the range's favourite trick, cabin count. Twelve guests sleep in six cabins, a number most competitors reach only at forty metres, and up to six crew run the boat from separate quarters. The 250 gross tonne interior spends its volume on a wide main salon and full height glazing that pulls the terraces visually inboard.
As a semi-custom platform the 112 Terrace leaves layout and finish open before each hull laminates, with Gulf Craft's in-house joinery executing whatever scheme the owner and Phathom agree. The first boat showed a light, contemporary interior aimed squarely at the European market, a long way from the gilded Gulf styling the brand carried a decade ago.

Folding balconies, a Jacuzzi bow lounge and six cabins at 34 metres, awarded best semi-custom yacht at Cannes 2025.

Sensible power, honest numbers
Twin MAN V12 diesels of about 1,900 hp each push the semi-displacement GRP hull to 20 knots, with a 12 knot cruise that stretches the 17,800 litre fuel load to roughly 1,300 nautical miles. Those are honest coastal cruiser numbers, sized for the Mediterranean season and the Gulf winter this boat is built to serve.
Draft stays close to two metres, so the shallow anchorages that justify all that terrace space remain reachable. The engineering carries the family DNA, composite structure for weight and corrosion immunity, electric equipment where the range has moved that way, and systems specified for warm water service from new.

Cannes 2025 sent her home with a trophy
The first 112 Terrace completed in 2025 and went straight onto the European circuit, showing at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco. At Cannes the model took the World Yachts Trophies award for best semi-custom yacht, judged against the Italian and Turkish competition that defines the class, a result that would have seemed improbable for a UAE production yacht ten years ago.
The win mattered commercially as much as critically. Gulf Craft reported multiple superyacht sales across that show week, and the Terrace concept moved immediately down the range to the Majesty 100. For buyers, an awarded first hull takes the risk out of a new model line and tends to protect resale later, which is worth remembering when new platforms are judged.

Where she fits in the family
The 112 Terrace effectively succeeds the Majesty 111 as the range's 34 metre offer, keeping that boat's Phathom design language and six cabin plan while converting the exterior into the terraced format. Against the 100 Terrace below her she adds a deck of volume and two more guests, and against the 120 above she trades pace for price and openness. The order of arrival matters too, the Terrace idea debuted at this size before travelling down the range, so the 112 remains its fullest expression.
The natural buyer is an owner moving up from the 22 to 27 metre class who wants superyacht space without superyacht bureaucracy, a crew of six, a manageable 250 tonnes, and a boat that earns its second glances at anchor. The first hull is already chartering-grade in finish, which signals how the yard expects many of these to be used.
Двигатели и системы
| Engines | Twin MAN V12-1900 diesels, rated at approximately 1,900hp each (some broker listings, such as YachtCharterFleet, cite 1,874hp, likely the same rating in a different unit conversion). Figure is per Gulf Craft's own specification sheet as republished across multiple brokers; no independent dyno or sea-trial confirmation found. |
|---|---|
| Gearboxes | Not publicly disclosed by the yard or any broker/press source found. |
| Generators | 2 x 55kW, 230/400V AC, 50Hz, consistent across the YachtCharterFleet/DND listing and ABC Yacht's specification feed, though both trace to the same underlying Gulf Craft spec sheet rather than two truly independent measurements. |
| Stabilisers | Not publicly disclosed. No yard material, spec sheet, or broker listing found specifies a stabiliser system. |
| Thrusters | Not publicly disclosed. No bow/stern thruster make or spec found in any source searched. |
| Watermaker | Not publicly disclosed. No capacity or manufacturer found in any source searched. |
| Tankage | Fuel: 17,798 litres (4,702 US gal). Fresh water: 5,155 litres (1,362 US gal). Grey water: 2,708 litres. Black water: 2,610 litres. Consistent across Denison Yacht Sales and YachtCharterFleet/DND listings. |
| Speed and range | Conflicting figures across sources: Boat International and YachtBuyer report a top speed of 17 to 17.5 knots and a 14-knot cruise; Gulf Craft's own spec sheet (as republished by YachtCharterFleet/DND and other brokers) claims a 20-knot top speed, 12-knot cruise, and 1,300nm range at 12 knots, versus YachtBuyer's separately reported 1,150nm range at 12 knots. No independent sea trial has been published to resolve the discrepancy; treat all figures as provisional. |
| Engine room access | Not publicly disclosed. No source found described engine room layout or access standards. |
Сильные стороны и что учесть
Сильные стороны
- Award-winning debutWon the Semi-Custom Yacht Trophy at the 2025 World Yachts Trophies during the Cannes Yachting Festival, one of the more closely watched industry award programs, for its multi-level terrace concept within a tri-deck profile.
- Rare 6-cabin layout at 34mA six-cabin arrangement at 34.4m/113ft is unusual in this size segment and is specifically marketed as a strength for charter operators, combined with over 140 sq m of dedicated indoor-outdoor terrace space (forward and aft terraces, a 270-degree-glazed skylounge, and an extra flybridge deck versus the preceding Majesty 111).
- Established production yard, not a first-of-class riskBuilt by Gulf Craft under the Majesty brand, which already has a production track record (Majesty 111, 100 Terrace, 120) rather than being a from-zero yard launching its first ever yacht, which reduces though does not eliminate first-hull risk.
На что обратить внимание
- No independently verified performance figures, and they conflict across sourcesPublished max speed ranges from 17 to 17.5 knots (Boat International, YachtBuyer) to 20 knots (Gulf Craft's own spec sheet, as republished by YachtCharterFleet and other broker listings). Cruise speed is reported as either 12 or 14 knots, and range as either 1,150nm or 1,300nm at 12 knots. No independent sea trial has been published to resolve this, so buyers cannot currently rely on a single confirmed number.
- No public price, build-to-order onlyNo asking price is published anywhere, including major brokers (Denison Yacht Sales, Boat Trader, SYS Yacht Sales), all of whom list it as build-to-order or quote-on-request. Standard for a semi-custom yacht, but it means cost and delivery depend heavily on options and slot availability rather than being a known, comparable figure.
- An evolution of the Majesty 111, not a clean-sheet designPhathom Studio's own project description states the goal was maintaining the established Majesty DNA from the preceding M111 while adding a Terrace flybridge deck, so buyers are getting a derivative of an existing platform, with the benefit of a proven hull but not genuinely new naval architecture.
- Modest range for the size classAt 1,150 to 1,300nm (depending on source) at a 12-knot cruise, range is limited for a 34m semi-displacement yacht compared with full-displacement long-range designs in this size bracket, which constrains long ocean passages without refuelling stops.
Практическая информация
| Price | No public price. Build-to-order/semi-custom pricing only; every broker listing found (Denison Yacht Sales, Boat Trader, SYS Yacht Sales, MCA Yachts) directs buyers to request a quote rather than publishing a figure. |
|---|---|
| Running/crew costs | Not publicly disclosed. The yacht is designed to carry 6 to 7 crew (sources vary) for up to 12 guests, which sets the baseline for crew wage costs. Fuel, berthing and maintenance costs for a 250GT/185T yacht of this class are not published by the yard or brokers. |
| How to order | Build-to-order through Gulf Craft's Majesty dealer network (Denison Yacht Sales and SYS Yacht Sales are listed as sales agents). Hull 01 was completed in 2025 and unveiled at the Dubai International Boat Show 2025, with subsequent hulls built to order. |
| Delivery lead time | Current build-to-order listings (Denison, SYS Yacht Sales, Boat Trader) reference 2026 delivery slots, implying roughly a year-plus lead time from order. The yard has not published a standard lead-time figure. |
| Nearby/comparable models | Directly related to the Majesty 111 (predecessor platform) and sibling Terrace-series models, the Majesty 100 Terrace and Majesty 120, all from the same Gulf Craft/Phathom Studio design lineage. |
Для кого: An owner stepping up from the high twenty metre class who wants outdoor living, six cabins and award-backed design in a boat six crew can run.
