The fresh start at 72 feet
When Gulf Craft rebuilt its core range, the 72 was the boat chosen to carry the new identity into the sub-25 metre market. Independent sea trial at Qatar Boat Show
The International Yachting Media, tested by journalist Luca D'Ambrosio, ran the Majesty 72 on the water and reported remarkable smoothness, excellent directional stability and composed handling in head seas, with no harsh reactions crossing wave motion. Measured top speed 29.3 knots, fast cruise around 25 knots, with fuel burn logged at multiple speeds, 7 litres an hour at 6.5 knots up to about 187 litres an hour at 25 knots. This is the only independently measured performance account found.
