Concept to delivery in a single year

Gulf Craft showed the 100 Terrace as a concept at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2024. By 31 July 2025 the first hull was delivered and cruising with her owner, and that September she was moored at Cannes and Monaco for her European debut. Twelve months from render to delivered yacht is a cycle the volume builders themselves rarely manage.

The speed is structural. The 100 Terrace shares its production system, its Phathom Studio design relationship and much of its engineering thinking with the 111 and 112 Terrace above it, so the yard was tooling a known quantity. For a buyer the moral is practical, a current-generation Majesty can be specified, built and handed over inside a year, which changes how a first season is planned. It also means the options list is already validated by a delivered boat, so choices at contract are informed ones.

The bow belongs to the owner

The signature space is a private terrace on the foredeck with close to 270 degrees of view, furnished as an outdoor living room where the owner starts and ends the day away from guests, crew and the dock. It is the sort of retreat normally carved out of a 45 metre, delivered here on 32.3 metres. It changes the social physics of the boat, the owner gains a room no guest wanders into by accident.

The rest of the exterior keeps the Terrace promise, fold-down balconies off the cockpit, wide side decks, a Jacuzzi with sunpads on the upper deck and a modular aft cockpit that swaps between sunbed and dining configurations. A skylounge replaces the raised wheelhouse of the 111, adding an interior social deck that most 30 metre boats simply do not have.

A private 270 degree owner's terrace on the bow, five staterooms and 199 tonnes, delivered a year after the concept showed.

Under 200 tonnes on purpose

At 199 gross tonnes the 100 Terrace sits deliberately below the 200 GT line, one of yachting's quiet regulatory steps, which keeps manning and compliance in the simplest bracket and running costs predictable. Ten guests in five staterooms and a crew of six fill the volume that remains, with the fifth cabin winning many family buyers on its own.

The FRP semi-displacement hull draws only 1.87 metres, so the boat anchors inside the reef line where the water is calm and the view is the reason for buying a yacht in the first place. Weight, draft, tonnage and crew count all pull in the same direction here, toward a superyacht experience with the overheads of something far smaller.

Twenty knots, a thousand miles

The 100 Terrace runs to 20 knots at the top end and cruises at 14, with about 1,050 nautical miles in the tanks at 12 knots. Those are honest numbers for a Mediterranean or Gulf season, fast enough to reposition between weekends, ranged for the long summer loop without a fuel stop dictating the route. They also mean a charter-style itinerary works without a delivery crew repositioning the boat ahead of the family.

Systems follow the modern range playbook, electric equipment, tropical-rated cooling, and the corrosion-free composite structure that keeps yard bills tame as the boat ages. Gulf Craft's service footprint across the Emirates and the Maldives covers the home waters, and the European dealer network built up through the Cannes campaigns now supports owners in the Mediterranean.

Best evolution, said the judges

At Cannes 2025 the model took the World Yachts Trophies award for best evolution, recognition that the Terrace formula translated intact from the 112 down to this length. The win came in the same week the sister 112 Terrace was awarded best semi-custom yacht, a double result that capped the strongest European showing in the yard's history.

Commercially the 100 Terrace aims at the heart of the market, the owner graduating from a 24 to 27 metre flybridge who wants crewed-yacht life without crossing into heavyweight regulation. A second hull was already in build at the first boat's delivery, which is usually the most reliable sign a new model has found its buyer.
