Terrace is a promise, and the boat keeps it
Dutch studio Phathom drew the 112 Terrace around a single idea, that a 34 metre should live outdoors. Bulwark sections fold down into balconies, the foredeck carries a proper owner's lounge with a Jacuzzi where other builders park storage and anchor gear, and the aft decks step down toward the water in usable, furnished terraces.
The result is an unusual amount of genuinely occupied open air for the length. Guests migrate between the bow lounge, the upper aft deck and the flybridge through a full day without doubling up, and the fold-out surfaces mean the beam effectively grows at anchor. It is resort planning applied to a yacht, and it is why the model carries Terrace in its name. In social terms she entertains like a boat five metres longer, which guests register the moment they step aboard.
Six cabins inside 250 tonnes
The interior answers with the range's favourite trick, cabin count. Twelve guests sleep in six cabins, a number most competitors reach only at forty metres, and up to six crew run the boat from separate quarters. The 250 gross tonne interior spends its volume on a wide main salon and full height glazing that pulls the terraces visually inboard.
As a semi-custom platform the 112 Terrace leaves layout and finish open before each hull laminates, with Gulf Craft's in-house joinery executing whatever scheme the owner and Phathom agree. The first boat showed a light, contemporary interior aimed squarely at the European market, a long way from the gilded Gulf styling the brand carried a decade ago.

Sensible power, honest numbers
Twin MAN V12 diesels of about 1,900 horsepower each push the semi-displacement GRP hull to 20 knots, with a 12 knot cruise that stretches the 17,800 litre fuel load to roughly 1,300 nautical miles. Those are honest coastal cruiser numbers, sized for the Mediterranean season and the Gulf winter this boat is built to serve.
Draft stays close to two metres, so the shallow anchorages that justify all that terrace space remain reachable. The engineering carries the family DNA, composite structure for weight and corrosion immunity, electric equipment where the range has moved that way, and systems specified for warm water service from new.
Cannes 2025 sent her home with a trophy
The first 112 Terrace completed in 2025 and went straight onto the European circuit, showing at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco. At Cannes the model took the World Yachts Trophies award for best semi-custom yacht, judged against the Italian and Turkish competition that defines the class, a result that would have seemed improbable for a UAE production yacht ten years ago.
The win mattered commercially as much as critically. Gulf Craft reported multiple superyacht sales across that show week, and the Terrace concept moved immediately down the range to the Majesty 100. For buyers, an awarded first hull takes the risk out of a new model line and tends to protect resale later, which is worth remembering when new platforms are judged.
Where she fits in the family
The 112 Terrace effectively succeeds the Majesty 111 as the range's 34 metre offer, keeping that boat's Phathom design language and six cabin plan while converting the exterior into the terraced format. Against the 100 Terrace below her she adds a deck of volume and two more guests, and against the 120 above she trades pace for price and openness. The order of arrival matters too, the Terrace idea debuted at this size before travelling down the range, so the 112 remains its fullest expression.
The natural buyer is an owner moving up from the 22 to 27 metre class who wants superyacht space without superyacht bureaucracy, a crew of six, a manageable 250 tonnes, and a boat that earns its second glances at anchor. The first hull is already chartering-grade in finish, which signals how the yard expects many of these to be used.
