Two Simrad veterans, a new company and a fast climb to a King's Award
UK Companies House records show the entity behind Ocean Signal was incorporated on 23 June 2008 under the name Coverise Limited and renamed Ocean Signal Limited on 10 June 2010, which is why press accounts of the company's founding differ by two years.
