Admiral goes semi-custom
For most of its history Admiral built one-offs. The Panorama line changes that, and the 50 is where it begins. The first unit was delivered on 10 July 2026, a 50 metre yacht with an 8.9 metre beam and 499 GT of volume, steel-hulled with an aluminium superstructure over four decks. The yard's commercial leadership framed the line plainly at delivery, as the evolution of its semi-custom offering, combining production efficiency, engineering reliability and Italian design.
The platform approach is what makes the price and schedule work. Structure, machinery and systems are engineered once and repeated, while layout and decoration remain open to the owner, and the first hull went from concept to delivery on a timeline that one-off builds cannot approach. A second unit was already nearing launch as the first delivered, evidence that the line has real momentum behind it.

The layout gamble that defines her
The Panorama name is earned on the main deck. Alongside the saloon, four guest cabins sit at main-deck level, an arrangement almost unheard of at 50 metres, where guests are usually sent below to sleep beside the waterline. Here every one of those cabins gets the big windows and the horizon, and only two further cabins sit on the lower deck. It is the single clearest example of the line designing around the guest experience.
The owner does better still. The suite sits forward on the main deck with private access to the foredeck, so the owner can step from bed to a reserved slice of open deck without crossing a guest area, and an owner's lounge with a private office completes the apartment. For an owner who works on board, or simply wants a genuine retreat from a full guest list, that separation is worth more than any single amenity.

Four guest cabins up on the main deck, where the glass is, and only two below by the waterline.

Details from bigger boats
Two features stand out on deck. A self-supporting guest staircase rises through the boat without visible structure, giving the interior the visual continuity of a much larger yacht, and the aft main deck carries fold-down bulwarks that open the space to the sea and widen the usable terrace at anchor. Both are megayacht details, engineered at 499 GT because the group happens to build megayachts in the same sheds.
The same inheritance shows below, where the engine room is arranged around a service corridor of the kind normally drawn for larger vessels, keeping machinery access clean and crew circulation out of guest space. Exterior and interior design come from Piredda and Partners with Admiral Centro Stile, and the first hull was handled with the owner's representatives at Smart Yachts, a build process the yard has been open about at every milestone.

Twelve guests, sensible running
Capacity is twelve guests across the six cabins, the full complement the class allows, and the sub-500 GT tonnage keeps the boat inside the regulatory and manning regime that makes this segment the most liveable in yachting for a private family. Running costs, crew size and compliance all stay a step simpler than they would a few hundred tonnes higher, which is exactly why the bracket is so fiercely contested.
The line also gives an owner somewhere to go. The Panorama family continues at 53, 56 and 58 metres, with the 53 already in the water carrying a hybrid plant, so a Panorama 50 owner is buying into a developing platform, with sisterships to benchmark against and a yard investing visibly in the line's future. That matters for resale in a way one-off ownership never quite matches.
The first hull's significance
The first hull went into the water in December 2025, was delivered as Spribe on 10 July 2026 and heads next for the Monaco Yacht Show, a public cadence that sets a line's reputation, and the yard clearly intends the first Panorama 50 to be its calling card in the segment. She arrives into competition with the strongest semi-custom builders in Europe, and her differentiators are concrete, the main-deck guest cabins, the owner's foredeck, the fold-down bulwarks and the group's custom pedigree behind the platform.
For the buyer, the first hull retires the questions that hang over any new line. The boat exists, delivered on schedule, with the second already following, and the yard has shown its engineering at this size in public. An owner choosing between established Dutch and Italian semi-customs and this newcomer is weighing familiarity against a fresher layout idea and a hungrier yard, and hungry yards have a habit of over-delivering for their early clients.

Сильные стороны и что учесть
Сильные стороны
- A layout idea that is more than a marketing lineFour of six guest cabins on the main deck, an unusual arrangement at 50 metres, is confirmed in Admiral's own general-arrangement description and independently reported by Boat International and Top Yacht Design, not just claimed in a press release.
- Delivered on schedule with a second hull already followingThe first hull launched in December 2025 and delivered 10 July 2026 as promised, and Boat International reported the second hull, Silvia, nearing launch before the first had even debuted at Monaco, a real sign of production momentum rather than a one-off prototype.
- Megayacht engineering habits at a manageable sizeA self-supporting guest staircase and an engine-room service corridor normally drawn for much larger yachts come from the same Italian Sea Group sheds that build its megayachts, at a 499 GT size that keeps crewing and running costs a step simpler.
На что обратить внимание
- No independent owner or crew account exists yetShe was delivered only weeks before this research, has never chartered, and no owner, guest or crew testimonial has been published anywhere found for this page.
- Price is entirely undisclosedNeither Admiral nor its broker Smart Yachts has published a price for the Panorama 50, and no reliable third-party estimate exists yet for a line this new.
- Range is modest for the size4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots on 50,000 litres of fuel is shorter than several rivals in the 50 metre semi-custom bracket, a genuine trade-off from the platform approach rather than a bespoke long-range brief.
