Azimut Fly 82

The Fly 82 is the new flagship of the collection, a nearly 25-metre flybridge with a Deck2Deck transom terrace, carbon construction and a full-beam owner's suite. Triple Volvo pods and 32 knots pair with an interior by Fabio Fantolino. It is the flybridge for owners who want the collection's most complete expression.

The flagship of the Fly line

Launched as the new top of the Flybridge collection, the 82 brings flagship features to the range for 2025. It offers four cabins plus crew berths and the presence of a full 25-metre yacht. Carbon fibre in the superstructure keeps weight down and opens up interior volume. The boat sits at the head of the current Fly generation. For owners who want the yard's most advanced flybridge, this is it.

Alberto Mancini drew the exterior, Fabio Fantolino shaped the interior and P.L. Ausonio handled the naval architecture. The pairing gives the boat a dynamic profile and a richly detailed cabin. The carbon build frees up genuine volume without adding displacement. Every element is scaled up to match the flagship brief, and it reads as the definitive Fly on the water.

Deck and outdoor living

The signature feature is the Deck2Deck terrace, which folds the transom down into an open-water lounge at the beach club. The flybridge is a full social deck with helm, dining and sunbathing under a hardtop. Expansive glazing runs through the boat and floods the interior with light. The connection to the water is felt from every level. It is drawn for a life lived outdoors.

The cockpit opens fully to the saloon in the collection's barrierless style, and a foredeck lounge adds another outdoor room. A tender garage keeps the aft deck clear for entertaining. Wide side decks make movement safe and easy for a large group. The bathing platform brings swimmers down close to the sea. At anchor the 82 offers layered spaces from the water up to the flybridge.

Interior and accommodation

Fabio Fantolino gave the interior a refined interplay of warm and cool tones with matte and reflective finishes. The full-beam owner's suite features a nubuck headboard and panoramic sea views through expansive windows. Four cabins in total sleep the guests in comfort and privacy. Hull windows keep the lower deck bright and open. The materials are chosen to feel warm and to age gracefully.

Crew berths support professional operation on longer programmes, and the galley is arranged for sociable, extended cruising. The carbon build frees up real volume without adding weight. Storage supports weeks aboard with a full guest list. The layout keeps owner and guest zones distinct for privacy. This is a boat built to live aboard at length.

Engineering and performance

Three Volvo Penta IPS pods, in either 1200 or 1350 form, drive the 82 to a top speed of around 32 knots. The triple-pod layout brings joystick docking ease to a boat of real size. Carbon construction reduces weight by up to 30 per cent for better efficiency. The setup keeps a large boat approachable to handle. Few flagships of the size are so easy to berth.

The hull is tuned for a level, quiet ride at cruise, keeping long passages comfortable. Pod cruising is efficient and quiet, and the docking manners suit owners who berth the boat themselves. The boat holds its attitude cleanly through the mid-range. Handling stays predictable as conditions build. It combines flagship scale with approachable handling.

The owner it suits

The Fly 82 is for the owner who wants the most complete boat in the Flybridge collection, with flagship deck features and a designer interior. Buyers drawn to the Deck2Deck transom and the full-beam suite will find it the definitive Fly. It suits longer seasons and hosting at scale. The size gives it real presence in any harbour. For many buyers it is the top of a Fly ownership journey, the boat they trade up to once the family and the guest list have grown.

It equally appeals as a charter-grade asset given four en suite cabins and crew provision. For an owner who wants the newest ideas and the largest Fly, the 82 is the natural choice. Its 2025 launch keeps demand strong. The carbon build and Fantolino interior add to its standout appeal. Owning one places a buyer at the head of the collection and at the front of the yard's newest thinking.

Сильные стороны и что учесть

Сильные стороны

  • A working Deck2Deck terraceThe transom folds down into a genuine water-level lounge rather than a styling flourish, extending the beach club to sea level.
  • Praised sea-trial handlingYachts Croatia's tester called it 'a stable, yet spirited yacht which excelled in turns', with the triple-IPS setup giving very precise low-speed control alongside the thrusters.
  • Real extra volume from the carbon buildThe carbon-fibre superstructure keeps weight down without shrinking the interior, unusual for a flybridge in this size class.
