Ferretti Yachts INFYNITO 80

The Ferretti Yachts INFYNITO 80 is the second model in the brand's explorer-inspired crossover range, a 23.7 metre yacht built around comfort, quiet and lower running emissions. Its signature is the All-Season Terrace, a covered outdoor room that stays usable whatever the weather, backed by solar panels and a bank of lithium batteries that ease the load on the generators. It brings the ideas of the flagship INFYNITO 90 to a more compact and manageable size.

The compact heart of the INFYNITO range

The INFYNITO 80 is the younger sister of the INFYNITO 90 and the second yacht in Ferretti Yachts' crossover line, a range the builder describes as explorer-inspired. Where the classic flybridge boats chase speed and sunshine, the INFYNITO models focus on sheltered volume and a lighter environmental footprint at 23.7 metres. In production from 2024, the 80 makes the concept more accessible to owners who found the 90 larger than they needed. It shares the range's distinctive covered decks and sustainable thinking.

The interior is shaped by the Ideaeitalia studio, and the whole boat is built around a high-efficiency hull that favours long, relaxed passages at modest speed. It sleeps up to eight guests in four cabins, with crew quarters to support extended time aboard. This is a yacht for owners drawn to slow, comfortable cruising and a closer connection to the places they visit.

An outdoor room for every kind of weather

The defining feature of the INFYNITO 80 is its All-Season Terrace, a large covered outdoor space sheltered by an extension of the superstructure. It stays usable in sun, wind or rain, giving the owner a protected deck that feels part of the interior yet fully open to the sea air and views. Above-average covered exterior space runs right through the design, a deliberate move away from the sun-baked open decks of a conventional flybridge. It changes how time is spent aboard.

The sundeck can be specified open or semi-closed, letting an owner tune the balance of shade and sky to their climate and taste. Long hull windows and clean, contemporary lines give the 80 an assured, modern presence. Deck spaces are generous and easy to move around, built for lingering and long evenings aboard. The whole exterior encourages a calmer, more sheltered way of enjoying the water.

Sustainable materials and a calm interior

Inside, the INFYNITO 80 lays out four cabins for up to eight guests, including a full-beam master, a VIP at the bow and two further guest cabins. The Ideaeitalia interior is calm and contemporary, with the volume you would expect from the boat's tall superstructure and wide 6.36 metre beam. Natural light and a sense of openness define the living spaces. The layout is designed for long stays with family and guests.

Sustainability runs through the material choices, from lamellar teak and eco-friendly paints to regenerated leather and other recyclable materials. These choices shape the substance of the interior, selected to lower the boat's impact without compromising the finish. The effect is a warm, honest cabin that fits the range's quieter philosophy. It feels grounded and considered throughout.

Solar power and a lithium Energy Bank

The INFYNITO 80 pairs a high-efficiency hull with the range's F.S.E.A. energy system. Photovoltaic panels on the hardtop collect solar power and store it in an Energy Bank of 14 high-density lithium batteries, housed in watertight steel containers. That stored energy reduces the boat's reliance on fuel-burning generators, cutting noise and emissions when at anchor. Quiet nights aboard are a real part of the appeal.

Power comes from twin MAN diesels, either V8 units of 1,200 hp or V12s of 1,400 hp, giving a top speed in the low 20s and a relaxed cruise in the high teens. The efficient hull is designed for long range at economical speeds, with a reported reach of around 1,000 nautical miles between fill-ups. The 80 is built to travel gently and far, with an emphasis on comfort over outright pace. It suits owners who measure a passage in days.

For the owner who cruises slowly and thoughtfully

The INFYNITO 80 suits owners who value shelter and lower emissions over top speed, and who want to spend real time at anchor in comfort. The All-Season Terrace makes it ideal for cruising grounds where the weather cannot be trusted, extending the season at both ends. For a couple or a family who like long, unhurried voyages, it is a thoughtful and distinctive choice.

It also appeals to owners who care about the environmental side of yachting and want visible substance behind the claims, from the solar array to the recyclable materials. Anyone weighing the flagship INFYNITO 90 but wanting a more compact boat will find the 80 covers much of the same ground. For that owner, it offers a calmer and more sheltered way to cruise.

Who it is for: Owners who want quiet, sheltered, lower-emission long-range cruising in a compact crossover, drawn to the INFYNITO idea but sized below the 90.
