Majesty 145

The Majesty 145 is the newest of Gulf Craft's big composite superyachts, a 45.3 metre tri-deck drawn inside and out by Cristiano Gatto Design. Hull one was sold at the Dubai International Boat Show in 2025 and hit the water in April 2026, roughly a year from signature to launch. She carries twelve guests in six staterooms, two pools and a convertible beach club, and she makes her public bow at the rescheduled Dubai show in November 2026.

A year from signature to splash

The headline fact about the first Majesty 145 is the calendar. The contract was announced at the Dubai International Boat Show in 2025, and the finished 45 metre yacht was in the water by late April 2026. In a market where a comparable European build routinely consumes three years, Gulf Craft compressed the entire process, lamination, outfitting, commissioning, into about twelve months.

That pace is a production system, and it repeats. The moulds, the in-house joinery and a workforce that never leaves the Umm Al Quwain complex remove the subcontractor queues that stretch other builds. For an owner, the practical translation is simple. The 145 is one of very few ways to commission a new 45 metre superyacht and realistically expect to be aboard before the second summer.

Gatto glass from bow to transom

Cristiano Gatto Design shaped both the exterior and the interior, and the studio carried over the language it developed for the Majesty 175 flagship. The profile is dominated by glass, with floor to ceiling glazing on the main deck, glass balustrades in place of solid bulwarks and terraces that extend the interior outboard. The effect from inside is a 45 metre yacht that lives like something considerably larger.

The proportions stay disciplined. On a beam of 8.09 metres and a draft of just 2.21 metres, the 145 keeps the slim, long-bowed stance of the bigger Majesty models and the shallow water access that defines the range. Displacement comes in around 326 tonnes, light for the volume on offer, which is the composite dividend showing up once again.

A six stateroom, two pool, 45 metre superyacht that went from contract to launch in about a year.

Six staterooms where five is the norm

The accommodation is the commercial heart of the boat. Twelve guests sleep in six staterooms, with the owner forward on the main deck behind that wall of glazing, three doubles and two twins below. Trade press covering the launch made the point plainly, a six cabin arrangement at this length is a rarity, and it is usually the single feature that decides a family buyer at this size.

Four crew cabins keep service staffed without stealing guest volume. Because the 145 is a semi-custom platform, the layout conversation stays open before lamination, and the yard's in-house interior operation means a bespoke scheme does not add a season to the schedule. Hull one, named Suzie Q, was specified and finished inside the same twelve month window as the structure itself.

Two pools, a sauna and a folding beach club

The leisure inventory reads like a bigger yacht's. There is an infinity pool aft on the sundeck and a second pool down at the swim platform, so the water is never more than a deck away. A gym sits aft of the wheelhouse where the view earns the treadmill time, and an infrared sauna completes the wellness circuit, an unusual fitting at this length.

The beach club is the transformer piece, hydraulically opening to the sea and convertible between lounge, gym overflow and watersports base. Add the alfresco zones across the sundeck, aft decks and foredeck and the 145 offers more distinct open-air settings than most owners will use in a single cruise, which is exactly the point of a warm water superyacht.

The numbers underneath

Power comes from twin 2,400 horsepower MTU diesels, the same displacement-and-pace recipe the range relies on, fed by a 40,000 litre fuel capacity that gives the boat serious legs between stops. The 2.21 metre draft opens the Gulf shallows, the Maldives and the Red Sea resorts to a yacht with genuine 45 metre presence at the quay.

The model's public debut is set for the Dubai International Boat Show in November 2026, the event's rescheduled date, where the 145 will anchor the Majesty display on home water. The design has already collected an International Yacht and Aviation Award in the concept interior category before the first hull ever met the sea, an early signal of how the market reads her.

Für wen: An owner who wants six cabins and flagship glazing at 45 metres, delivered on a timeline measured in months, with the shallow draft to use the Gulf and the islands properly.
