N2H

Launched at Pendik in April 2026 and scheduled for delivery the same year, N2H is the first hybrid yacht Turquoise has ever built: 76.25 metres and 1,930 gross tonnes, with exterior styling by Enrico Gobbi's Team For Design and an interior by H2 Yacht Design. A 1.5 megawatt battery bank lets her run in silence at up to 10 knots.

The first hybrid Turquoise

N2H carries an integrated MTU hybrid installation, pairing twin 12V4000 M65L diesels with a lithium battery bank of 1.5 megawatts. On batteries alone she can make up to 10 knots and sustain extended periods of emission-free operation, and under diesel power she reaches a top speed of 17 knots. For the yard it is a first, and it arrives with the system integrator's name on it, engineered by MTU as one package.

The choice to debut hybrid propulsion on a 76 metre is telling. This is a full-size flagship, with the same 13.2 metre beam as the yard's 80 metre platform yachts, so the technology had to work at scale from day one. Trade press covered the April 2026 launch as a milestone for Turkish yachtbuilding, and the yacht gives Turquoise a working answer to the question every serious buyer now asks about future propulsion.

What the battery bank buys you

The practical case for hybrid is lived, and it is about nights. At anchor, N2H can carry her hotel load without a generator running, which means sleep in genuine silence, no exhaust drifting over the aft deck and no vibration through the hull. Underway at slow speed, harbour approaches and marine-park transits happen on electric power, with the diesels held in reserve for passages.

There is an asset argument alongside the comfort one. Emission rules in the Mediterranean's most desirable corners keep tightening, and yachts that can operate clean will hold access, and value, that pure diesel boats may lose. A first-of-type hybrid from a rising yard is a defensible position in a market that rewards early movers, and the maintenance logic of running fewer generator hours compounds quietly every season.

A 1.5 megawatt battery bank gives N2H silent nights and 10 knot emission-free passages.

Gobbi outside, H2 inside

The exterior comes from Team For Design, the Venice studio of Enrico Gobbi, a new signature for the yard and a name known for sculpted, glass-rich profiles. The interior is by H2 Yacht Design, the London studio in its third decade of work with Turquoise, which delivered Angelique's interior in the same year. Naval architecture stayed in house, as it does across the yard's recent fleet.

The build follows the yard's established technical formula: steel hull, aluminium superstructure, teak decks and Cayman Islands flag. She began life as hull NB75 under the project name Arrow, one of the names on the yard's published under-construction list, and emerged from the Kocaeli-to-Pendik pipeline that every large Turquoise passes through, hull and superstructure across the bay, outfitting in Istanbul.

Volume for ten

The directory listings describe accommodation for 10 guests with a crew of 23, and that ratio deserves attention. On 1,930 gross tonnes it works out to nearly 200 tonnes of interior volume per guest, with 2.3 crew for each of them, numbers usually seen on yachts run to an intensely private brief. Whatever the final cabin count proves to be, N2H was clearly not drawn to maximise berths.

That kind of specification tends to show up in generous suites, oversized wellness and service spaces and storage that swallows a long season without a supply run. For a buyer studying the yard, it also demonstrates range: in the same twelve months Turquoise delivered a 12-guest charter-ready flagship and launched a low-density private hybrid, two entirely different briefs on adjacent slipways.

From Arrow to N2H

N2H was the yard's second launch of 2026, following the January float-out of the flagship that became Angelique, a cadence Forbes highlighted when she touched the water in April. Delivery is scheduled for later in 2026 after outfitting and trials on the Sea of Marmara. Two launches of this scale inside four months is the clearest available measure of where the yard's throughput now stands.

For the market, N2H is the boat to watch from Turquoise's next chapter: the first hybrid, the first Gobbi exterior and further proof that the yard can carry several 75 metre plus projects at once. Her sisters on the order book, projects named Rafale, Wildcat, Bravo and Rainbow II, will be read against her. First-of-type yachts from ascending yards have a habit of being remembered, and priced, accordingly.

Für wen: The owner who wants tomorrow's propulsion answer installed and sea-trialled today, with per-guest volume and crew ratios that read like a private estate.
