The 65 occupies the gap with a production price, which is why the model has survived every refresh of the range.
Against second-hand explorer tonnage the argument is simpler still, new boat, new systems, builder warranty and a yard network across the Emirates and the Maldives inside the natural cruising circle. For a Gulf or Indian Ocean owner the support geography alone settles shortlists that spec sheets leave open. The value equation then strengthens every year the boat is kept, which suits the long ownership cycles explorers attract.
Where Nomad ownership starts
The 65 is the explorer line's front door. Owners arrive from 15 to 18 metre flybridge boats with itineraries that have outgrown the fuel gauge, and the 65 gives them range without demanding a professional crew or superyacht overheads.
