Who owns Naiad Dynamics, and is it really part of Twin Disc?
The Naiad name goes back further than either company most people guess. Naiad Dynamics traces two separate lineages: John I. How does a Naiad fin stabiliser actually work?
Two or four fins are mounted low on the hull near midships, each on a rotating shaft driven by a hydraulic actuator or, on the newer E-Series, an electric AC servo motor.
