Costruito in acciaio e alluminio come progetto full custom noto come Project Falcon, misura 60 metri e porta 1.079 GT.

Delivery captain reported strong sea-keeping in rough conditions
Captain Varun, who took delivery of Lusine (and had previously captained Heesen's Asya), said the yacht was tested in sea state 5 with winds up to 30 knots and behaved very well, adding: 'Lusine is sturdy and gives me great confidence. It is a great privilege to be captain of a custom yacht with such a pedigree.'
Boat International (delivery report), quote also carried by SuperYacht TimesSelling broker says the yacht was essentially unused before resale
Jonathan Hind, Managing Director of Burgess's Dubai office, who project-managed Lusine's build on the original owner's behalf, said when relisting her in 2023 that she had never been used so the beds and bathrooms are completely untouched. This is brokerage sale copy rather than independent commentary, but the underlying fact of a near-new resale is corroborated by other outlets covering the sale.

Cosa convince e cosa va valutato
Punti di forza
- Independently recognised for build qualityWon a Judges' Commendation in the Displacement Motor Yacht (500-1,499 GT) category at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards, an independent industry awards process rather than a self-issued claim.
- Hull form engineered for efficiency across the speed range, not just at top endBuilt on Van Oossanen's Fast Displacement Hull Form, which the naval architect and Heesen market as delivering better fuel efficiency at both cruise and higher speeds than a conventional displacement hull of this size, a real engineering feature, though the efficiency percentages themselves come from yard/naval-architect marketing material, not third-party testing.
Da valutare
- No independent, non-builder sea trial report existsEvery performance figure in circulation (top speed, sea-state behaviour) traces back to Heesen's own delivery press release and the captain's quote it carried, or to the selling broker's listing copy, not to a journalist's own onboard test. A prospective buyer or researcher has no neutral third-party verification of how she actually performs.
- Published specifications don't fully agree, even among tier-1 sourcesBoat International's own pages give 1,060 GT and, in one article, 7 cabins/14 crew/17.7kn contracted top speed, while Heesen, Yacht Harbour, Yacht Charter Fleet, Yachting Magazine and Burgess consistently give 1,079 GT, 8 cabins, 15 crew and a 17.5kn trial speed. The two clusters were never publicly reconciled, and length is likewise cited as both 60.4m and 60.6m depending on outlet and date.
Informazioni pratiche
| Asking price on 2023 resale | $82,000,000 asking price when relisted as new by Burgess/Fraser in 2023 (Yachting Magazine, Burgess); the yacht did sell that year but the final agreed price was never disclosed. |
|---|---|
| Guest / cabin capacity | 16 guests across 8 en-suite cabins, 1 master, 2 VIP, 5 twin/guest (Heesen, Yacht Charter Fleet, Yachting Magazine). |
| Crew capacity | 15 crew per most sources (Yacht Charter Fleet, itboat); Boat International's original 2022 delivery article instead cited quarters for up to 14. |
| Charter status | Privately owned, not on the charter market (itboat). |
| What is not publicly settled | No independent sea trial report; final 2023 resale price undisclosed; gross tonnage (1,079 GT vs Boat International's 1,060 GT) and LOA (60.4m vs 60.6m in the 2023 Burgess listing) are cited inconsistently across sources and have never been publicly reconciled. |
