One yacht, two names, two owners in four years
Ahpo was delivered in 2021 to the Jamaica-based billionaire Michael Lee-Chin, and changed hands again after only around three months on the brokerage market at an asking price near $360 million - fast even by the standards of the largest yachts. Her new owner, the Canadian businessman Patrick Dovigi, renamed her Lady Jorgia, so the yacht described on this page under her original name is now sailing under a different one entirely.
The build itself left a real impression on the people who worked it. Lurssen's own project manager, Tanja Peters, has said the sheer range of materials involved, from different woods and paints to alloy and cable trays, is 'unbelievable, and I guess not countable', while interior designer Valentina Zannier of Nuvolari Lenard has pointed out that stepping up from an 86-metre Lurssen to a 115-metre one is a bigger jump in usable space than the extra 29 metres suggests. Robert Moran of Moran Yacht & Ship, who represented the owner throughout the build, has called the finished spa the most amazing he has ever seen on a yacht of any size, and has said the whole project ran on a standard of chasing perfection all the way from the guest suites down to the engine room. Nuvolari Lenard's Valentina Zannier has also said that working for an owner she already knew well meant the design brief itself barely needed writing down, because the empathy built over an earlier project already told the studio what the family wanted.
Motori e impianti
| Engines | Twin MTU diesels (reported 4,352 hp combined class), driving controllable-pitch propellers - tuned for quiet long-range cruising rather than outright speed: 12 knots cruise, 18 knots top, roughly 8,500 nautical miles range at cruise. |
|---|---|
| Hull and superstructure | Steel hull with an aluminium superstructure, 18.3 m beam and 4.3 m draught - shallow enough to use most large-yacht marina berths despite her 115.1 m length. |
| Station-keeping and ride | Dynamic positioning (DP) for precise station-keeping without anchoring, plus Quantum stabilisers for a steadier ride at anchor and underway. |
| Energy and hotel load | Low-emissivity glass throughout and a heat-recovery system that feeds the upper-deck pool, reducing the air-conditioning and heating load a yacht this size would otherwise carry. |
| Tonnage | 5,257 GT - large volume for her length, which is what allows the low 16-guest, 8-stateroom count to feel spacious rather than cramped. |
Cosa riferiscono armatori ed equipaggi
Her captain says the layout changes character once she is actually in use
It's a shame you can't come when it's all set up because it has a different vibe.
Captain Nathan MischewskiHer captain rates the mast structure as genuinely oversized, not just for show
That mast is huge; you can put the whole crew inside.
Captain Nathan MischewskiThe owner's own build representative was struck by how quiet she runs
The decibel levels of this yacht are incredible.

Cosa convince e cosa va valutato
Punti di forza
- One studio, inside and outNuvolari Lenard designed both the exterior and the interior, giving Ahpo a coherence that is unusual even among full-custom yachts, where the two are often split between different houses.
- Built for range and comfort, not bragging rightsDynamic positioning, controllable-pitch propellers, Quantum stabilisers, low-emissivity glass and pool heat recovery are all choices that favour quiet long-range cruising and lower running costs over headline speed.
- Exceptional resale demandShe has changed hands twice since her 2021 delivery, both times reportedly above the price her previous owner paid - a rare outcome for a depreciating asset, and a sign of how tight supply is at the top of the new-build market.
Da valutare
- Modest performance for her sizeA 12-knot cruise and 18-knot top speed sit toward the slow end for a modern 115-metre; several rivals of similar length cruise several knots faster.
- Low berth count for her tonnage16 guests across 8 staterooms is a modest headcount against 5,257 GT, which caps her charter earning potential per week relative to a more berth-dense yacht of the same size.
- A restless ownership recordThree owners in under four years - delivered in 2021, sold in 2023, sold again in 2025 - is an unusually short holding period each time; a buyer should read this as evidence of a liquid, fast-moving market segment rather than of settled long-term ownership.
